Unwired Logic offers a Help Center that contains instructions about system usage, FAQ articles, and reference materials for our customers.
You can access our Help Center even if you don't have an account. However, if you register, you can have your own Customer Portal which gives you access to articles only available to sign-in users and "My Requests" page where you can check the history and status of your inquiries to Unwired Logic.

If you are new to Unwired Logic Help Center:
- Access to Unwired Logic Help Center (https://support.unwiredlogic.com/hc/en-us)
- Click "Sign in" on the top right of the page
- Click "Sign up"
- Enter your name and email address, then press "Sign up"
- Open the confirmation email sent to the email address you entered
- Click on the URL to complete the process
If you have sent an email to Unwired Logic but never signed into Help Center:
- Access to Unwired Logic Help Center (https://support.unwiredlogic.com/hc/en-us)
- Click "Sign in" on the top right of the page
- Click "Get a password" or "Forgot my password"
- Enter your email address and click "Send"
- Follow the instructions in the email sent to the email address you entered to set your password
- Sign in using the new password from next time
