Do you build custom software? No, as a rule. We buy proven platforms and build the integrations and workflows on top, custom only where it is genuinely needed. If you are set on fully custom-built software, we are probably not your people.
Do you lock me into your platforms? No. Everything we wire is proven SaaS you own outright, Zendesk, Aircall, Pipedrive and the rest. No custom black box, no dependency on us.
Is the discovery call free? Yes. Free, 45 minutes, no obligation. You also keep the costed diagnosis from an assessment whether or not you go ahead with us.

What is an audit? A diagnosis. We find where leads, hours, and money leak and put a number on it before you buy anything. You get it in writing, yours to keep.
What if I already have tools in place? Common, and fine. We assess what you have got, keep what works, and integrate around it. Where a legacy system is holding you back, we migrate you off it cleanly, without losing data or downtime.
Are you a Zendesk partner? Yes, Zendesk is one of our core platforms, alongside Storeganise, Aircall, and Power BI. We are agnostic though, and recommend what fits.
