Can we add an image to agent signature? Follow

In Zendesk Support, you can upload the file to an image hosting site like Imgur (https://imgur.com/).

1. Click your profile icon at the top right corner of your screen and click View profile.
2. In Signature field on the left side, enter the Markdown text below.
   • To display the image (non-clickable), use this Markdown:

   • To display the clickable image, add that URL in (linkurl) that you would like that the image to direct torwards.

Note: Zendesk recommends using a PNG or JPEG file and sizing the image to a smaller size, between 5 KB to 50 KB.
