The Storeganise reset password flow is conducted in the Customer Portal, even for admin users of the Management Portal.
If you or a customer forget their password, they can reset it by following the Forgot password link shown on the login page of the Customer Portal.
- On t he login page, click Forgot password?.
- Enter your email address, then click Reset password.
- Find the email with the reset password link. Click the link to reset your password.
- On Reset password page, enter the new password and click Submit.
If the above flow doesn't work, please try to remove all user's roles and then add them back. Note that only managers can remove privileges.
