Here are the steps to update the area in multiple units at once.

Export the units as a CSV file.
- Log in as a manager to Storeganise
- Go to the Units List Page
- Narrow down the list of units to the ones you want to update by using filters.
- Click on the three dots menu and choose "Export"
- Control which data you want to include in the export by selecting or deselecting columns
- Make sure to include the Unit ID in the export - This is required to update unit information.
- Click "Export" and wait for the file to be ready
- Click "Download" to download the file to your computer

Update the data in the CSV file
- Download the import template file here. - "Unit" sheet.
- it is necessary to link it to a Site with a Site code and also to link it to a Unit with Unit ID (ex. 63f5ab597bdff700145ed9b2).
- Open the CSV file in a program that can handle CSV files (e.g. Numbers on Mac, Excel on Windows)
- Delete the rows that are not relevant to the update (e.g. the units on floor 2 in this example)
- Update the length and width for the units you want to update
- Save/export the file as a CSV file
- If want to update "Unit type", please use "typeId".

Import the updated CSV file into Storeganise
- Go back to Storeganise, to the Units List page
- Click on the three dots menu
- Choose "Update Units"
- Choose the updated CSV file
- Preview the update to make sure it's correct
- Click "OK" to update the units in Storeganise

Confirm the update in Storeganise
- Check the Units List Page to see if the prices and deposits have been updated
- Click into each unit to see a log of the update in Storeganise.
