You can schedule a move-in or move a customer into a unit by clicking on an available unit in the sitemap or navigating to an available unit page on the Storeganise back end.
- To begin creating a move-in job from Storeganise, navigate to the unit page of the site.
Choose an available unit for move-in, and click on Schedule Move-In. -
Next, select an existing customer or click the + icon to create a new customer account. Then click on Schedule move-in to create the move-in job.

Once a unit has been reserved, the next step is to review and confirm the reservation. Once all details are confirmed, click ✔️ Continue.
Note: As this is set up to occur on Storeganise, the pre-paid or deposit will automatically appear on the invoice. Thus, upon creating a move-in job, the invoice is created and paid simultaneously.

Lastly, return to the job and complete the move-in by clicking Complete move-in. At this point, the unit state will be updated from Reserved to Occupied.
To ensure that the recurring item is added on the following invoice date, which will auto-generate an invoice from this date that will include this charge, the following steps must be done:
- Auto billing trigger is turned on
- The user's credit information is registered on Storganise and Stripe will process payments.
Note:
Storeganise currently has standard support for credit card payments through Stripe.
Example:
If the move-in date is on 18 April, invoices are created as below:
1st invoice: rental period 18 Apr~17 May → Once the Move-in job is created, invoices are created and charged immediately.
2nd invoice: rental period 18 May~17 Jun → Invoice will be created 2 days before 18 May and charged automatically on the said date.
