How to update unit type images in bulk Follow

This article explains how to import images from Unit Types page.

We would recommend the file size: 1200×800 pixel

1. Save the image png or jpeg file you want to upload on online.

2. Navigate to each Site > Unit Types. Click the three dots to export the old data.

3. Check all the items and export. Please save the extracted data in the appropriate folder for back-up.

4. This is an example of the exported CSV file.

5. Paste the Unit Type ID you just exported into column A and put the image URL into column B.

   (Attached the import template at the bottom of this article).

6. Navigate to each site > unit types. Click the three dots and select "Update unit types".

   Update the CSV file.

7. Check if the images are updated correctly.

If the above steps do not work, try below to upload the image to Storeganise manually first and then re-import the URL given to the image.

1. Let's say you need to update the image of "1 tatami" unit type. Select the unit type and click the edit icon next to Unit type details.

2. Manually upload the image by clicking Select new image.

3. Select the new image you want to upload, then click Update unit type to save the change.

4. On the site page next to Unit types tab, click the three-dot menu, and select Export unit types.

5. Click Export.

6. Copy the URL of the image column of the exported CSV file to the template for import.

9. Make sure the image is correctly uploaded.
