How does the invoice date under the Anniversary rule work? Follow

The invoice date will always be the invoice anniversary date set for the customer's unit rental.
Only if that date doesn't exist in a given month, then the system will automatically bring that date forward to the latest date in the month.

If the invoice date is the 29th, then the invoices will be generated for the 29th in any month (where possible). Because February only has 28 days though, it will run on the 28th.

The same for if the invoice date is the 31st. In months that have the 31st, that is when the invoice will be generated. But for months with less than 31 days, it will run on the last day of the month.

But the next month, it will go back to the original invoice date.

For example...

If the move-in date is 1/29/2023, the rental period on the invoice be as follows:
1st one: 1/29/2023 ~ 2/28/2023
2nd one: 2/28/2023 ~ 3/28/2023
3rd one: 3/29/2023 ~ 4/28/2023
