Does the unit automatically become Occupied when the move-in date comes? Follow

Setting information:

Go to Site > Advanced settings > Automation

• Auto confirm order = Enabled - Reservation order is created and Reservation order invoice(move-in invoice) is also generated automatically at the same time
• Auto confirm order = Disabled - After reservation order is created, Invoice won't be created automatically. Agent needs to click continue button to create invoice
• Auto charge invoice = Enabled - After reservation order invoice (move-in invoice) is generated, system will charge the invoice automatically
• Auto charge invoice = Disabled - After reservation order invoice is generated, the invoice will stay as Draft status and system won't charge till agents click "charge invoice" button
• Auto complete order = Enabled - After invoice is charged successfully, when move-int day comes, the unit will automatically be changed from Reserved to Occupied

So If you would make the unit to automatically be become Occupied when the move-in date comes, please set the Auto complete order "Enabled"
