Scrum Master

The mother of the team by ensuring the process is followed, the tools are used and roadblocks are cleared away.  

Scrum Team

The idea team is 3 to 7 people in size and it is important to keep the same people in the team to ensure optimum velocity.

The team will undergo various stages in development:

• Forming – unable and unwilling to work together;

• Storming – unable but willing to move forward, team cohesion starts to form;

• Norming – able and willing but lack confidence in their abilities;

• Performing – able, willing and confident and now have a self-managing team which is cross functional, manages technical risk, enjoys collective ownership, committed, able to estimate the work and develops the high priority features.
